These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tigro platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game participation, and all related services. By accessing or using tigro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active tigro account. General Terms

Eligibility & Registration
To register a tigro account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

Account Obligations
Once your tigro account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. tigro's systems treat any action taken from your account as authorised by you unless you have previously reported your account as compromised to tigro's support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access or use your account, or transfer ownership of your account to any other party. tigro will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

tigro uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and encourages all players to enable it on their accounts. While 2FA is optional, tigro strongly recommends its use as an additional layer of account security. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tigro does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside tigro's control. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will have their accounts suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
tigro offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
- Bonuses are credited to a player's account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a bonus code where required) or manually by tigro's promotions team within 24 hours of the qualifying event.

- The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus is calculated as a percentage of the qualifying deposit, up to the stated maximum. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tigro platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or using false or alternative identities.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC verification process.
- Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games, place bets, or claim bonuses.

Account Suspension & Closure
tigro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- A credible suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- A request from a player for voluntary self-exclusion under tigro's Responsible Gaming policy.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be restricted or closed.
- Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tigro will notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting tigro's support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, tigro will carry out a full review before determining whether the account should be reinstated, permanently closed, or referred to the relevant authorities. During a suspension, the player's funds are held in a segregated account and are not accessible by tigro for its own operational purposes.
